June EWI Meeting!!!
From gate ~to Chef ~ to plate, these foods were loved.
Our keynote speaker is Kevin Campbell, a nomadic chef, offering unique, intimate, and real farm to table dining experiences throughout Colorado Springs. His food is based on these principals; With all natural, local ingredients, we will prepare and serve the foods that we ourselves, enjoy eating. We will celebrate with simple, sustainable, and humble ingredients seasoned with tradition; that, when joined with our gifts of patience, fire, respect & passion, will create edible bonds to our past. At all times we will celebrate the bounty of the seasons and with the stewards of our lands; local, small producers, farmers and ranchers.
