The buffet dinner will include:
Baked Salmon in lemon dill sauce, Chicken Marsala, honey glazed baby carrots, braised new potatoes,
scalloped potatoes, honey glazed baby carrots, basil zucchini, fresh bread, house salad, coffee and tea,
topped off with Gourmet Carrot Cake
