EWI MONTHLY MEETING
WHEN: WEDNESDAY JULY 9, 2008, 5:00 P.M.

new ***CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN STATE PARK***
The EWI July Program will be presented by Kim Griffis
and CJ Seals from
Experience Colorado Springs at Pikes Peak
your local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.

Pikes Peak region, with a special guest presentation by “Katharine Lee Bates” discussing
the inspiration and creation of her famous poem “America
the Beautiful”.

largest industry in our area and how it impacts the community,
both in business
and on a personal level.

and how its mission of “We bring the world to Pikes Peak” is
carried into the community

Program Coordinators must confirm attendance numbers with
the hotel or other catering company in advance.

No shows are
charged -- we need to have timely RSVPs into
the Sergeant-at-Arms the Friday before the monthly meeting
which
is the second Wednesday of each month.

It costs EWI to
pay for those that RSVP and don’t show. Once our numbers
are confirmed with the hotel or other catering company, any
no shows and any
late cancellations must be charged in full.

EWI is required
to pay for all of its registered guests, whether
or not they attend.
