The Colorado Lottery touches every person in the state - either directly through
prizes won or the parks and recreation projects we help make possible; or more
indirectly, through supporting local retailers, and creating jobs for your
friends, family and neighbors.
May chapter meeting,Wednesday, May 11th - Matt Robbins, Community Relations Specialist of the Lottery will discuss where all the money goes that is generated from the
Lottery.
YOU MUST RSVP EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ATTEND. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO RSVP PLEASE CALL ME AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO WALK YOU THROUGH.
RSVP NEED TO BE COFIRMED BY MARCH 4TH.

Meeting requirements and RSVP

EWI Program Coordinators must confirm attendance numbers with the hotel or other catering company in advance.

No shows are charged -- we need to have timely RSVPs into the Sergeant-at-Arms the Friday before the monthly meeting which is the second Wednesday of each month.

It costs EWI to pay for those that RSVP and don’t show. Once our numbers are confirmed with the hotel or other catering company, any no shows and any late cancellations must be charged in full.

EWI is required to pay for all of its registered guests, whether or not they attend.
