LOTS OF PARKING  Around the Buildings, Arrive before 5:30 pm to beat the students arriving for 6:00 classes.

Program:  Financial Literacy for children. This year we are working with Big Brothers Big Sisters. 

Our instructors this year are: 

1.Debbie Tuzel ( Art of Design i.d.)- Budgeting and Savings;

2 .Joan Taylor (ENT Federal Credit Union)- Where Do I Put My Money;

3. Rita Worster (BKD, LLP)- Rule of 72, Power of Compounding;

4. Susan Davis (Wells Fargo)- Investment Basics;

5. Brandy Merriam (Presidential Brokerage)- Stock Market, Bull & Bear Markets, NYSE, DJIA;

6. Karen Lovett ( Pikes Peak Regional Development) - Loans, Credit and Setting Goals;  

7. Elva Munoz (Wells Fargo), Online Banking- The Future.

Meeting requirements and RSVP

  • EWI Program Coordinators must confirm attendance numbers with the hotel or other catering company in advance.

  • No shows are charged -- we need to have timely RSVPs into the Sergeant-at-Arms the Friday before the monthly meeting which is the second Wednesday of each month.

  • It costs EWI to pay for those that RSVP and don’t show. Once our numbers are confirmed with the hotel or other catering company, any no shows and any late cancellations must be charged in full.

  • EWI is required to pay for all of its registered guests, whether or not they attend.
