Dear EWI members: There is no June general meeting!!!
The EWI Scholastic Classic Golf Tournament on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 12:30 pm takes the place of the general meeting. Start arriving at noon and give yourself plenty of time for check in and to buy raffle tickets!
You don’t have to be golfing to attend the luncheon. We want YOU to attend the luncheon at Garden of the Gods Club (across the street from the Kissing Camels Golf Club), but you need to RSVP as usual on the EWI website. www.springsewi.com
The cost of the luncheon is $35. We need the RSVP’s by Wednesday May 27th so we can have a correct head count to give to Kissing Camels GC. They need the head count early!
Please attend! It is always a beautiful day to be at this superb golf club for a nice luncheon. Don’t miss it! It is FUN!
Any EWI members that ARE PLAYING GOLF do not RSVP because golf and the luncheon are included in the cost of the golf registration.
By raising these funds through the golf tournament, we can fund additional scholarships for women and men who are in a transitional place in their lives. We do make a difference with these scholarsh ips, and we are empowering women and men to have a better life with good educations. A big thank you to all members of EWI for participating in the golf tournament this year…..all of you have made it successful!

Meeting requirements and RSVP

EWI Program Coordinators must confirm attendance numbers with the hotel or other catering company in advance.

No shows are charged -- we need to have timely RSVPs into the Sergeant-at-Arms the Friday before the monthly meeting which is the second Wednesday of each month.

It costs EWI to pay for those that RSVP and don’t show. Once our numbers are confirmed with the hotel or other catering company, any no shows and any late cancellations must be charged in full.

EWI is required to pay for all of its registered guests, whether or not they attend.
