The January EWI meeting will be held at the new St. Francis Medical Center. Meet Margaret Sabin, the new CEO for Penrose-St. Francis Health Services and hear a little about her vision for women's wellness. Tour the facility; see the women's center, and visit the Birth Center. The evening's speaker is Dirk Pikaart, D.O. Dr. Pikaart is one of only 2 Gynecologic Oncologists in Colorado. He will talk briefly about women's issues and innovative new treatments being used including state of the art tools like the Da Vinci Robot and the Cyberknife. Then, enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Taylor Olson of St. Francis Medical Center. Chef Olson is new to Colorado Springs. He previously served as Chef at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and was also a Chef for Whole Foods.
