Installation of 2008-09 Board

Location: 1210 Wood Ave. Old CC Presidents House
Parking: Street on Wood Ave, first come get lucky with close parking

The program will entail a short program reviewing our accomplishment in 2008 and set the stage for the incoming boards goals and mission for a fabulous 2009.

Meeting requirements and RSVP

• EWI Program Coordinators must confirm attendance numbers with the hotel or other catering company in advance.

• No shows are charged -- we need to have timely RSVPs into the Sergeant-at-Arms the Friday before the monthly meeting which is the second Wednesday of each month.

• It costs EWI to pay for those that RSVP and don’t show. Once our numbers are confirmed with the hotel or other catering company, any no shows and any late cancellations must be charged in full.

• EWI is required to pay for all of its registered guests, whether or not they attend.
